Just Me ...

I will start with my cooking passion as it is our daily need; I like to cook fusion food, doing my own experiments with old and regular recipes, turning them into a new flavor and since my husband is also a food lover, it even gets easier, when I get praises on my newly tried recipes, its like Hard work paid off.

I love traveling; exploring new places is my passion, when I start planning a trip my mind goes bunko, I think, I research and surf so much that before even reaching the destination, I am almost a local there, walking on the beaches, looking at the night sky, climbing a mountain, going on safaris, meeting different people of mankind, listening to their languages, I truly believe there is so much to learn in this world.

My latest interest is writing novels, beautiful love stories, that were always in my mind but I was so busy with my life that I never gave a try to this passion of my personality, and since my first novel is online now, it is so mush satisfying, I enjoyed so much wile writing the novel as if I was in that world with the characters I created.

The Joy of Cooking

Cooking …!!! Each day of our lives we all have to do some form of it. For me, I find passion, love, and joyfulness in cooking. I have always enjoyed cooking for other people as well as with them. There were two very important people in my life who introduced me to how great the joy of cooking is.

A very special thing about cooking is that it also helps bringing the family closer and gives us a chance to spend Quality Time Together.

When I was young I remember sitting in the kitchen watching my mother cook, it would smell so good. I could always see that shine of flavors  in her eyes. It brought her so much happiness to be able to cook for us.
She always put so much love and happiness in the food she cooked that we could taste it in every spoon we took . What fascinated me the most was that she never had to measure a thing, she had her own measuring scale in her mind guess that was first learning class to make fusion food, to be able to make my own recipes.
The second person who has inspired me to cook is my husband, not just that he himself is a great cook apart from being a Microbiologist, he also loves to eat yummy food 3 times a day, every time a meal is served to him, it should be presentable, tasty and followed by a sweet dish.

He doesn’t cook every day, only when he feels like cooking or whenever I am sick, he cooks for me, to please me.

Both my mom and my husband’s styles of cooking is very different. My mom would cook mostly veggies like turnip greens, okra, potatoes, salads, and our regular Asian food. All of this we picked and cleaned ourselves. mama would let me sit and watch her doing stuff and help her a bit , but with my husband treats me as his assistant, he never allows me to sit peacefully and enjoy my time
My love for cooking was given to me and I accepted it as the best gift ever. I remember my first meal that I cooked all by myself at the age of 13 , it was not good at all. Luckily my Mom allowed me to continue trying to cook. But I have learned now.
